I wanted to send a note of appreciation in regards to your outstanding customer service while I was building my home in Hanover, PA. It was a very difficult decision to build a new home and leave my home of forty years. My experience with your company and staff had made my decision less stressful and it was a very pleasant experience which far exceeded all of my expectations.

Living in Maryland and building a home in Pennsylvania is a challenge when you do not drive, but the Summit Home employees kept the lines of communication open and called me with the details of my home. They are very knowledgeable and make the process of buying a home a pleasurable experience. The sales manager, Marlena McElroy, was very informative and honest with the entire process of building my home. Walt Calaman was informative and patient with all my questions when I went through the walk-thru process. In my opinion, Marlena and Walt are great assets to your company and you should be complimented for hiring two such knowledgeable employees.

I will recommend Summit Homes to everyone I know because of the outstanding workmanship in their homes and their excellent customer service. Thank you for such a wonderful experience that I will remember forever.
